#1 WHITE CHOCOLATE PRETZEL CANDY

 

1 lb. white chocolate

3 cups stick pretzels

1 cup Spanish peanuts

 

Melt chocolate in double boiler.  Add pretzels and peanuts and mix well.  Spread mix over wax paper covered cookie sheet.  Let harden.  Break into irregular pieces.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

#2 PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE FUDGE

 

1 - 12oz. pkg peanut butter chips

1 - 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle)

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1/2 cup chopped peanuts

1 - 6oz. pkg chocolate chips

 

In microwave, melt peanut butter chips, 1 cup milk and 2 TBSP butter.  Stir in peanuts.  Spread mixture into wax paper lined 8" square pan.  In microwave, melt chocolate chips, remaining milk and butter.  Spread chocolate mixture over peanut butter mixture.  Chill 2 hours.

 

 

 

 

#3 PHILLY FUDGE

 

3 oz. cream cheese                               2 cups confectioner's sugar

2 - 1oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

1/4 tsp vanilla                       dash salt     coconut or nuts (optional)

 

Cream cheese and sugar, adding sugar gradually.  Then add chocolate.  Add vanilla, salt and others if desired.  Roll into balls or spread in pan and refrigerate.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

#4 BUCKEYES

 

2 cups peanut butter                           6 cups confectioner's sugar

2 sticks butter or margarine, melted

1 - 12oz. pkg chocolate chips   1/3 of 1 block paraffin*

 

Mix peanut butter, sugar, and margarine.  Roll into balls and place on wax paper covered cookie sheets.  Refrigerate several hours.  In double boiler, melt chocolate chips and paraffin.  With toothpick, dip balls into chocolate and return to cookie sheets.  Refrigerate.

 

*This seems to be too much.  I have been using less.
